The Book I Read Recently...

When we’re talking about sex slavery in today’s society, most of us still wondering if it really exists. Hello… It is existing!! It can be so near or just happening under our nose but we can’t really figure out. How or why does it happen? Fact check, is our society caring enough or does the people behind this things are too strong that they’re undefeated by us. Hmmm… How do they escape the jurisdiction of authority anyway??

Recently (2 weeks ago), one book displayed on the shelf of a book store captured my attention. It does not took me long to just grabbed it and turned to the back, catches the synopsis of the book. Without hesitation, I just bought it the next few minutes. It titled “The End of My World” by Emma Jackson. This book based on the real story of Emma few years back. I’ll share the synopsis with all of you later on. It can never cross our mind that a girl, an early teen age girl from a good and decent family would be involved in this sex trade, of course it is by force but again we think… She’s so young. At the age of thirteen and a quarter, how much would they know about the bigger image of prostitution or precisely organized crimes?

The picture of a rapist or pervert men in our head when we were younger would always be:

1)      A nasty, smelly, dirty and bad looking old men
2)      Someone who’s intoxicated with illegal substances and this person will be dirty and smelly as well and all other bad image we can think of.

But what Emma saw was a totally different image. She saw good looking men, clean, full of manners, polished, polite and wealthy. We as an adult would always have a longer thinking but girls or boys at that age wouldn’t have the same mind set as us. They will never see what we can imagine. It is really sad but awakening. Thanks to Emma Jackson for being brave to share her life experience with the world, with us. I wish you well.

The synopsis of ‘The End of My World’ and some part in the book that I want to share with all of you so please be careful. Life is not always as beautiful as we see.

“Emma was just 13 when her happy childhood become crashing down. She had no idea the young lads she and her friends met every Saturday in the shopping mall weren’t all they seemed.
The boys were part of an organised gang targeting innocent young girls, grooming them for prostitution. Captivated by the ring leader, Emma didn’t see the first brutal rape coming. From then on, her life was never her own…
This is the harrowing true story of how a nice girl from a good home found herself drawn into a trap of degradation and violence, frightened for her life and not knowing where to turn. But it is also the story of finding the courage and inner strength to risk everything and escape”
Emma also quoted this:
“I’d never have guessed that when your world’s tumbling down you can carry on as usual. But it wasn’t like I had a big sign on my back saying “I’ve been raped”. Nobody notice a thing.”

Secret Beneath Neumerology

I found new interest in the mysterious relation between human, other living things, the universe and things that occurs everyday. Sometimes all this can be just a pleasure reading but it can be something awakening when you just found elements that are so true. Let's explore a little about numerology and it's characteristic.

There are two ways, first is our birth number which we found it from adding on the numbers on our birth date. (Read on, I'll show you how) Secondly, it's in our name. When I say name, I mean your full gifted name as in your birth certificate, NOT as you name yourself, nick name or marital name.

Basic numerology opens the door for us to feel natural rhythms and seeing amazing story of our evolving lives. We can use our birth number as a day-to-day application of a basic, simple tool that is part of that special “universal place of energy and knowing”..

Finding your birth number is simply taking all the numbers of the date of your birth and adding them together. You then add those numbers together until you reach a number between 1-9 (Remember, it’s only 1 digit number).  Example: June 12, 1978 will be 6+1+2+1+9+7+8 = 34 (3+4) = 7 So your birth number is 7. Now try it using your own birthday in this form (mm/dd/yyyy)..

The fun part is then to apply this formula to dates to see which days resonate with your birth number, and to the physical addresses of prominent places in your life like your home and business. Special people in your life will often have the same birth, destiny or heart’s desire numbers as your birth number. You’ll be amazed at how you seem to find your way to your birth number in relationship with location and other people, since you will naturally express your inherent energy in these places and with these people.

In a more profound way, you begin to learn about the special talents and personal qualities that you had at birth, growing through your early home life. Your destiny and heart’s desire numbers are determined fundamentally by your name as it reads on your birth certificate. Life-period influences appear in your professional and marriage names. This basic numerology is the perfect introduction to the world of more advance numerology, Kabbalah, Tarot cards and astrology, as all are related to the foundation of number, space, time and the individual’s and collective’s spiritual paths.

Here is a brief summary of the life path established by your birth number:

#1 Birth: The Innocent Warrior for Good. You are born to fearlessly pursue what is “needed and wanted” by humanity. You have the amazing energy and enthusiasm of a child approaching each day as something new and exciting. You grow and become aware of your inner wisdom, bringing courage in approaching anything new.

#2 Birth: The Perfect Partner. You are born a diplomat who mirrors others to the point that they see themselves in you. You bring the beautiful awareness of the “other” making the two of you a new and powerful “one.” You see the completed circle of life through relating. Recognizing that partnerships require full communication, you naturally know that the complete expression of love doesn’t require a 50/50 effort. It requires 100% commitment on each person’s part.

#3 Birth: The Master Expression of Harmony. Your talent is functioning in accord with nature—meaning not only our gorgeous planet but the universal perfection of the rhythms of the stars and space. You grow by fulfilling the expression of this magical realm. You appear to have a life full of synchronicity—seemingly magical timing—but it is just your attunement to all life.

#4 Birth: The Great Architect on Earth. Your talent is in knowing how to build things on the physical level. Your hands-on approach to spirituality is quite effective. You give birth to what we call “reality.” You are born to be the source of the structure for all worldly things to happen financially, politically and socially.

#5 Birth: The Great Performer Teaching Others From the Stage. You have mastered the art of integrating information and talents into something brilliant that can dazzle the world. You attract people through your clarity of self-expression. They can see themselves in what you project.

#6 Birth: The Gift of Love and Service. You have mastered releasing your ego to the point that you take joy in supporting others in your role in life, and through this, you really shine. While you naturally serve others, accepting their gratitude in return takes experience. Let in how special your contributions are and true joy follows.

#7 Birth: The Brave One Looking Inside All of Us. With your willingness and courage to look within, you address all that we fear within ourselves. You see both sides of issues and seek something more. By way of these realizations, you lead others on their own paths.

#8 Birth: The Master Creating the New Pathway. You so effectively manage the leadership role of life that you create new leaders and forge new pathways and ideas. This lucky number to the Chinese masters the true power that we have as humans.

#9 Birth: The Complete and Integrated Teacher. You are so full of knowledge and talent that what is left for you in completing your path is to teach others what you have learned. With this you open yourself to infinite new wisdom.

Knowing these inherent talents that are your birth-right and that you develop in childhood shows you the very special tools with which you seek your purpose in life. This number relates to your natural energy expression. Use these gifts wisely and the world is yours! I hope you enjoy reading it.

The Four Elements of Zodiac

Most probably all of you know more about zodiac than me. I used to be amazed by it back in my teenage years. It struck me how sometimes it is so true. By reading the sign, it actually helps me to explore and understand more about myself. If anyone trying to figure out why things seem so out of your way or when you’re comparing yourself to someone else who appears so differently and you keep trying and trying but still seems not so right… Don’t give up; perhaps it’s a good time to start knowing yourself by your Zodiac.  Remember, it’s like an exploration on the Universe and for me it’s soothing and very interesting by using zodiac to know more about myself. When it comes down to it, you have free-will to act and live life the way you see it, and so does the people around you.

Why am I saying that? I start to know why emotion is my best friend. To many people, it can be truly annoying to be around someone who can change mood easily but for those who really know me, you’ll like me. Hahaha… I try to stay sane and rational as much as I can but having too much sympathy and care sometimes caused me loses. Should you want to take the simple quiz: I’m an emotional person, loves indoor, (whenever I’m back to my crib, it’s hard to convince me to get out again) lots of compassion and fall in the Water sign... What am I?

I’m not a Zodiac expert but from some readings and understanding, I can share this with you. No doubt, in love and relationship, Zodiac can guide you vastly in achieving the most out of it. It’s not that you should spent your whole life looking for someone with a compatible zodiac sign with you but zodiac teaches us how to make it work even with our opposite sign as it tell you more about the characteristic of your partner through their sign. With this said, remember that information on Zodiac compatibility is not a guide to your destiny, but a tool for self-understanding. Learning who you are and how you relate to others will give you a better chance at finding the right person. Let’s begin with the four Elements of Zodiac.

The Fire Element ( Zodiac Signs: Aries, Leo, Sagittarius )
This sign are usually fills with passionate energy and in a time can be quite dynamic and unpredictable. They can either keep you cosy or create huge destruction. While fire signs can burn out quick without energy to keep it going, it can also start back up from the very ashes that it has broken into. A single spark can set off a blaze of wild fire, so fire signs need to be nurtured and handled with care.

The Earth Element ( Zodiac Signs: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn )
Earth signs always have their feet on the ground, anchored by a strong solid foundation. Slow but steady, Earth signs are loyal and stable, sticking by their friends and loved ones through tough times. They are practical by nature and have good situational evaluating skills because of their level-headedness and logical thinking. But sometimes they can be too materialistic or too focused on the surface of things to see the layers beneath.

The Air Element ( Zodiac Signs: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius )
Air signs are all about ideas and putting things into motion. Just like the wind, they are always changing. While some are real air-heads, you will also find others who are powerful like a whirling tornado. Air signs bring a breath of fresh air when things start getting old. Like an invisible breeze, they can't be contained and you never know where they will take you when they sweep you off your feet. An encounter with an air sign is always an adventure.

The Water Element (Zodiac Signs: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces )
The most emotionally sensitive of all the four elements, water signs are also intuitive, with borderline psychic intuition. They are mysterious by nature, with something always lurking underneath the surface. Water signs can rejuvenate you, or they can drown you in their murky depths. Security is of utmost importance to them. After all, water needs to be held with a container, or it will dry right up and vanish.

So which zodiac signs or group are compatible with my Zodiac Sign?
Fire and Air signs tend to be more compatible with each other. Earth signs and Water signs usually get along better together than other signs. Fire and Air are more likely to be extroverted, dynamic and independent. Earth and Air are more likely to be introverted, driven by emotions and involved with steadier relationships. Things get even more specific when each sign is individually matched up with another one. This creates many types of combos with their own positives and negatives.

The Game of Love (Part 1)

As a grown up, everyone has fall in love at certain point of our life. Some of us might not aware that its love because of the many sensations involve in this thing call love. Some says it’s confusing while some just get along with it. It is what we feel, what we go through and those romantic films and love songs just make it better for us to relate to it. Haven’t you listened to a song, enjoy the rhythmic melody of it and once you captured the lyrics, it just spark! “Hey! This is exactly what I feel right now. This song is so right for me” or you might sadly say “Oh! How could I miss it! If only I pay more attention to him/her, I would have been happier now.” Whatever we feel about love, whether it is sweet or it hurts, that’s the experience we will found in life.

I know how devastated it is when we talk about getting hurts in love. Those betrayals, anger, cries and tortured within but this time, let’s leave the sad part. I don’t want to talk about it. Let us all fall in love or fall in love over again with that special someone. If your love has become just another daily routine, let spark it as how it used to be. Aren’t you envy of some septuagenarian or octogenarian who are still holding hands, smiles with love and stroke each other face? I will choose this type of endurance love for myself.
In the game of love, it is excessively wide for us to explore. It could be anything and everything. Most of us mistook this as the early process of courting or trying to get the attention from someone we really like. Then there’s another thing that we call crush. What is crush?? Simply explain as someone who you desire to be with. Someone you have a feeling for and someone who can make your heart skip a beat. Need not to lie, I used to have a crush too or crushes! (Shhh…. As there are more than one. Hahaha…) and you who read now, how many crush do you ever have?

We"ll continue....

·         If someone collapses and is unconscious, call an ambulance immediately—but do not leave them alone.

Teenage Pregnancies

CAUSES OF TEENAGE PREGNANCY

Teenage pregnancy is one of the most common problems that are growing worldwide. The term teenage pregnancy is being used because it refers to those who get pregnant before reaching legal adulthood. It is a condition in which the teenagers become unintentionally pregnant. There are a number of factors responsible for teenage pregnancy. This condition is most prevalent in developed countries like US, UK and others. However, the developing and under-developed countries are not left behind.

Numbers of causes are still debatable. In the developed countries, the main causes of teenage pregnancy is the result of inadequate sex education among the teenagers, alcohol abuse, sexual abuse, higher rates of poverty, lower education levels and many more. While the causes for teenage pregnancy in developing and under developed countries always resulting from financial constraints, domestic or sexual violence and child marriage are some of the factors that cause unwanted pregnancy among teenagers.

Other than those stated above, following are some of the contributing causes of teenage pregnancy:

1. Lack of Parental Guidance: Most parents evade their children from talking about sex. In some cases, they provide false information regarding sex and discourage their children to participate in any informative discussion about sex. In some cases, teenage mothers are not well educated about sex before getting pregnant and thus this leads to lack of communication between the parents and the children.

2. Adolescent Sexual Behavior: Among the adolescents, peer pressure is a major factor that encourages the teenage boys and girls to indulge in sexual activities. Early dating, as early as 12 years of age, is another factor that contributes to teen pregnancy.

3. Inadequate Knowledge about Safe Sex: Most adolescents are unaware of safe sex. They probably have no access to the traditional methods of preventing pregnancy. And the main reason behind is that they are either too embarrassed or fear to seek information about it. It was found that more than 80% of teenage pregnancies are unintended.

4. Exploitation by Older Men: This is another major factor that contributes to pregnancy among the teenagers. Those girls who date older men are more likely to become pregnant before they attain womanhood. Rape, sexual exploitations etc. also takes place that leads to unwanted pregnancy among teenage girls.

5. Socio Economic Factors: Teenage girls who belong to the poor families are more likely to become pregnant. Researchers have found that even in the developed countries teenage pregnancy occurs most commonly among the deprived sections.

These were some of the factors which are responsible for teenage pregnancy. Today the primary concern is more about the teenage mothers who becomes pregnant outside marriage. If you take a look at the teenage pregnancy statistics then you will realize the growing numbers of teenage mother all over the world. These teenage mothers are mostly school drop outs. In many cases, the teenage girls are either too shy to ask their partners to use condoms or are not willing to say no to their partners despite not willing to involve in such activities in fear of being dump by boyfriends.

Let us together stand against teenage pregnancies. Imagine a girl who have not fully develop and start having a baby. There will always be complication along the pregnancy. Let's fight "children having children" Check this link for more reading http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-pacific-11339676

Do You Notice Any of This in Your Relationship?

You may be in an abusive relationship if he or she:

·         Is jealous or possessive toward you.

·         Tries to control you by being very bossy or demanding.

·         Tries to isolate you by demanding you cut off social contacts and friendships.

·         Is violent and / or loses his or her temper quickly.

·         Pressures you sexually, demands sexual activities you are not comfortable with.

·         Abuses drugs or alcohol.

·         Claims you are responsible for his or her emotional state.

·         Blames you when he or she mistreats you.

·         Has a history of bad relationships.

·         Your family and friends have warned you about the person or told you that they are concerned for your safety or emotional well being.

·         You frequently worry about how he or she will react to things you say or do

·         Makes "jokes" that shame, humiliate or embarrass you, weather privately or around family and friends.

·         Your partner grew up witnessing an abusive parental relationship, and/or was abused as a child.

·         Your partner "rages" when they feel hurt, shame, fear or loss of control.

·         Both parties in abusive relationships may develop or progress in drug or alcohol dependence in a (dysfunctional) attempt to cope with the pain.

·         You leave and then return to your partner repeatedly, against the advice of your friends, family and loved ones.

·         You have trouble ending the relationship, even though you know inside it's the right thing to do.

Alternatively, ask yourself does the person you love...

·         Constantly keep track of your time?
·         Act jealous and possessive?
·         Accuse you of being unfaithful or flirting?
·         Discourage your relationships with friends and family?
·         Prevent or discourage you from working, interacting with friends or attending school?
·         Constantly criticize or belittle you?
·         Control all finances and force you to account for what you spend? (Except for reasonable cooperative household budgeting)
·         Humiliate you in front of others? (Including "nasty jokes" about you)
·         Destroy or take your personal property or sentimental items?
·         Have affairs?
·         Threaten to hurt you, your children or pets? Threaten to use a weapon?
·         Push, hit, slap, punch, kick, or bite you or your children?
·         Force you to have intercourse against your will?
